August 17 - 21: 116th Annual State Convention of WCTU of Western Australia -

THEME - "Pressing Forward by the Grace of God"

WEDNESDAY, 20th AUGUST Convention Social Afternoon commencing at 1.30pm at the Salvation Army Hall, 333 William Street, Northbridge, to which visitors are invited.

THURSDAY, 21st AUGUST: Back at our Headquarters in West Perth at 10.30am. There will be Departmental Reports in the morning, with combined lunch again, and reports of committees and election of Officers in the afternoon.

September 9 at 9.09 am: FASD Day

2 minutes silence to remember those children who are affected by FASD - a lifelong disability. Help prevent FASD by abstaining from alcohol, supporting warning labels for alcohol beverages, and working with young men and women to alert them to the dangers of drinking.

September 28: WCTU World Day of Prayer
